Megan Gale

Gale was 18 when she won a modeling competition at the age of 18 in Perth. Gale was the model for several years until she was recognized at the age of 19 when Omnitel (now Vodafone Italy) cast her to be in commercials. The model continued working as a model for the company until. In 2003 she was hired by The Australian Tourist Commission hired Gale to represent Australia in Italy. Gale has graced the covers of Australian Marie Claire, Grazia, Gioia, Italian and Australian GQ, Italian Maxim, Australian InStyle and featured in editorials for Australian Cosmopolitan as well as Vogue Italia. Gale has worked for Italian designers, including Gianfranco Fere Genny as well as Gai Mattiolo and has been at the shows of Mariella Burani, Angelo Marani, and Milan Fashion Week. 9 Gale is also a fan of many Australian fashion designers, including Colette Dinnigan Kirrily Johnston, Lisa Ho, Willow and Alex Perry. She also served as fashion analyst at Australian television's Logies awards in the year 2006. Gale was let go of runway models at the beginning of January in 2008 after 15 years. She walked her final runway at the David Jones Winter Collection Launch in Sydney the following week.
